Tell me every edition which country you
want to be.
·
You can only send countries from Europe
at the moment, but when a lot of people are interested in taking part then I
can put other countries too on the list.
·
Countries are no longer reserved for
participants.
·
Winner of last edition is automatic in
final of next edition with his country that won.
·
You can start sending entry when I tell
it you.
·
The artist has to be from the country
you have chosen.
·
He/She must have been born in that country
or lived there for at least 2 years, or both of his/her parents must be from
that country.
·
Afterwards you get a confirmation of
your participation.
·
You cannot send ESC songs.
·
Artists can Artists cannot take part two
times in a row and must have a break of 3 editions.
·
An artist can take part for only one
country in an edition, not for two countries with different songs.
Voting
·
Vote in the name of your country.
·
You give the 10 songs that you consider
the best your points from 1-8, 10 and 12. (You cannot give 9 or 11 points.)
·
Vote for songs and not because you like
country general.
·
If you don't vote before the voting
deadline, then you are disqualified for the next edition. You can take part in
the later edition only if you are allowed.
·
In the semi final, you can only vote in
your own semi final group. The direct finalist must
vote in each semi final.
·
All the semi finalists AND finalists
must vote in the final.
